Artwork Integrity & Creative Rights
Each tattoo is an original, custom-designed artwork created exclusively for the client.
• All designs remain the intellectual property of the artist until the project is completed and fully paid.
• Custom artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or executed by another artist without written consent.
• Completed tattoos may be professionally photographed for portfolio or publication purposes. Client identity is never disclosed without explicit permission.

Commission Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and initiate the design process.
• Deposits confirm your commitment and reserve dedicated creative and studio time.
• The deposit is applied toward the final cost of the artwork.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may be considered a missed appointment and subject to cancellation.

Health, Safety & Professional Standards
Client well-being is essential.
• All relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities must be disclosed prior to the appointment.
• Service may be declined if tattooing is deemed unsafe or if the client arrives under the influence of alcohol or substances.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required. Clients must be 18 years or older.

Payment Terms
• Full payment is due upon completion of the artwork on the day of the appointment.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance.

Aftercare & Artwork Preservation
Each tattoo is an investment in wearable art.
• Detailed aftercare instructions are provided to ensure optimal healing and longevity.
• The artist is not responsible for healing complications resulting from improper care, sun exposure, swimming, or disregard of aftercare guidelines.

To maintain a professional and respectful environment, the artist reserves the right to decline or discontinue service for inappropriate conduct, lack of mutual respect, or failure to adhere to studio standards.
