1 · Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a $150 non-refundable deposit at booking. Your deposit reserves your date and the design time before it — every custom piece begins days before you sit in the chair. The full deposit is applied to the final price of your tattoo. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person. Pricing for your piece is quoted individually at consultation, based on the design; current offers are always listed on the Tattoo page.
2 · Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens — with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit moves with you to a new date, one time. The new appointment must be within 30 days. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, a second reschedule, or cancelling entirely forfeit the deposit — that time was held for you and could not be offered to anyone else.
3 · Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Please arrive on time — this studio serves one client at a time, so your session is truly yours. Up to 15 minutes late is fine with a message. Beyond 30 minutes without contact counts as a no-show, and the deposit is forfeited. No-shows are not rescheduled without a new deposit.
4 · Age & ID
You must be 18 or older — no exceptions, and no parental-consent arrangements at this studio. A valid government photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID) is required at every appointment, including for returning clients. Arriving without valid ID counts as a same-day cancellation.
5 · Custom Artwork
Every tattoo here is custom-designed for you and your body. Your design is presented at your appointment; small revisions within the agreed concept are made together that day. A complete change of idea, size, or placement is a new design and requires a new deposit. Out of respect for artists and collectors, I do not copy another artist's custom tattoo — but I will happily design something inspired by what you love. All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.
6 · Touch-Ups
One complimentary touch-up is included within 90 days of completion, once the tattoo is fully healed. Tattoos on hands, fingers, feet, and other high-wear placements cannot be guaranteed and are not eligible for free touch-ups. Damage from sunburn, scratching, or not following aftercare is not covered and will be quoted as new work.
7 · Health & Safety
Eat a real meal before your session and come hydrated. Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours before — it thins the blood and affects healing. Please disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or pregnancy before we begin; this protects you. The studio uses hospital-grade sterilization and single-use needles, every session, without exception. I reserve the right to decline or stop a session for safety reasons — yours or mine.
8 · The Private Studio
This is a private, appointment-only studio — the quiet is part of what you're booking. One guest maximum, please. No children and no pets in the studio during sessions.
9 · Refunds & Aftercare
Tattoo services are non-refundable. If something needs correcting on my side, I will make it right at no cost — talk to me first; there is always a solution. Aftercare instructions are provided at every session; from the moment you leave, healing is in your hands, and following the instructions is your responsibility. By booking, you agree to these policies.
